This Court has perused and examined the said judgment. 2. In light of the subsequent development of elections having been conducted, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. However, it is made clear that if the petitioners or any affected party are aggrieved by the Government Orders dated 11.09.2020 and 08.10.2020, it is always open for them to challenge the same in accordance with law. 3.
