Sri K.Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted report received from Station House Officer, Koduru Police Station, Krishna District, stating that the petitioner/accused herein by name Bondela Bapuji died on 27.11.2018. 3. Though the petitioner died in the year 2018, the legal representatives of deceased petitioner have not come on record to proceed with the matter, which clearly depicts that the legal representatives are not interested to pursue the matter. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
