Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 and Mr. Saharsh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. Notices to respondent nos. 6 & 7 is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been preferred while raising a claim that the petitioner has not been paid the honorarium for the period they have worked. He added that he has moved a representation and the opposite party may be directed to decide the same. On the other hand, the counsel for the opposite parties has raised objection that the petitioner is an employee of out-sourcing agency, i.e., opposite party no. 6 and therefore, any claim with respect to the honorarium would only be raised before the opposite party no. 6, itself. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and without entering into the merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to move a representation before the appropriate authority within fifteen days and the appropriate authority is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within further period of two months.
