The instant petition has been preferred to direct the learned Court of Additional District Judge/Special Principal Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffar Nagar to proceed with and decide/dispose of the Criminal Revision No. 381 of 2023 (Smt. Tanu Sharma Vs. Anukul Kucchal & Others), within stipulated period of time. 3. After hearing the arguments raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and by bare perusal of records, it is crystal clearly shows that the petitioner is an accused and the accused has no right for seeking expeditious disposal of the trial/revision and no prejudice has been caused to the petitioner and as such petition lacks merit. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the instant petition stands dismissed.
