This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.2.2021 in an appeal filed by the plaintiff against the order dated 4.12.2020 by which application for interim injunction was rejected by the Trial Court. 2. By the order impugned, the Appellate Court has directed the parties to maintain status quo. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. I do not find any illegality in the order impugned and, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the suit is of the year 2020, it would be expedient that the suit itself be decided expeditiously by the Court concerned. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
