The short grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the 3 respondent-the Station House Officer, Mogalthur Police Station, West Godavari, has not prepared and submitted Form-60 and other relevant documents in relation to seizure of vehicle bearing registration No.AP 39 VB 9288 Tata Entro E-50 and the goods laden therein in connection with crime No.87 of 2025 of Mogalthur Police Station before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsapur, to enable petitioner to pursue his remedies for interim custody of the goods laden therein. Undeniably the vehicle has been in the custody of the Police with goods 3. therein. If the vehicle along with goods is kept in the Police Station, there is every possibility of commission of theft of the goods therein and also the vehicle would be exposed to light, water or rain and air. Therefore, the 3'^'^ respondent is directed to submit the relevant 4. documents and Form-60 within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsapur, for enabling the petitioner to pursue his remedies for interim custody of the property before the learned Court having jurisdiction. / 3 Dr.YLRJ W.P.No.13548 of 2025 .. / 5.
