The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department AP Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravati Guntur District, AP. ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the he Medical PG Degree (MD/MS) (1) Examinations Notification May, 2025 issued by the Respondent herein by letter No.E2(B)/PG/ 195/ICR/June, 2025 exams dated 25.03.205, issued by the Respondent insofar as it relates to not providing grace marks either theory or practical and insisting to appear in all theory papers as well as paractical in the supplementary examinations instead of giving opportunity to appear in one paper where the Petitioner got lesser marks as well as not providing any provision under the Regulations issued by the Respondents I and 3 herein as arbitrary, illegal, 23 discriminatory and issue consequential directions directing the Respondents to forthwith consider the case of the Petitioner to award grace marks, as was provided by the DNB and further direct the Respondent University not to insist the Petitioner to write all the theory papers including practical examination in the supplementary examination conducted by the University, apart from directing the Respondents 1 and 3 herein to provide a provision for revaluation under the Regulations issued by the Respondents 1 and 3 herein and consequently, direct the Respondent University to revaluate all the theory papers of the Petitioner by the third examiner. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 1®' Respondent University to provide grace marks to the Petitioner in the Medical & PG Degree, Examinations December, 2024 with Hall Ticket Examinations No.21M314023002 and review the result of the Petitioner based on the grace marks awarded by the 1®' Respondent University in pursuance of the Medical PG - Degree examination, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. lA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 1®‘ Respondent University to allow the Petitioner only to ^ % appear in one theory paper out 4 papers in the supplementary examinations, which is scheduled to be held on 17.05.2025 or any other day, instead of insisting the Petitioner to appear all the 4 theory papers, including practicals, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. y lA NO: 3 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents 1 Ih 3 herein to provide revaluation provision as well as referring the answer scripts to the third examiner, in the event of 15% marks difference between the Internal examiner & External Examiner, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
