An affidavit for discharge of contempt notice has been filed on behalf of the contemner, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned AGA and Sri G.C. Verma, on whose application this contempt was initiated and Sri Nadeem Murtaza, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. In deference to the order dated 25.9.2025, Sri Devendra Kumar Gupta, DIOS, Ballia, the contemner, is present in person. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order has been complied with and payment of a sum of Rs. 40,32,000/- and odd has been made to the respondent and an unconditional apology has also been tendered. He further submits that the contemner, who is present in person, assures the Court that in future he shall be careful and prompt in complying with the orders passed by the Court. 5. Learned AGA as well as Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, on whose application these proceedings have been initiated, do not dispute the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent and contends that they do not wish to pursue the matter any further. 4. In view of above, the notices issued to the respondent are hereby Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : G.A. Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Nadeem Murtaza, Aditya Kumar Pandey, Harsh Vardhan Kediya State of U.P. .....Applicant(s) Mr. Devendra Kumar Gupta, Distt.
