HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 11606 of 2025 Court No. - 18 HON'BLE SHREE PRAKASH SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material placed on record. The challenge is laid to the impugned order dated 1st of September 2025 passed by the respondent no.2 that is Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Kisan Ganna Sansthan, Lucknow (U.P.). From the perusal of the order impugned, it is apparent that the authority while deciding the representation of the petitioner in compliance of the order passed in Writ-A No.4820 of 2025; has not recorded the reasons for rejection of the representation. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other identically situated persons have been considered and out of them, four have been given appointment and the petitioner has arbitrarily been excluded from the identically situated persons. Learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the same on merits but has failed to show the ground of rejection of appointment, in the order dated 1st of September 2025. In this view of the matter, the order dated 1st of September 2025 is here by quashed. The matter is remitted back to the respondent no.2, i.e. The Director, Lal Bahadur Shastri Ganna Kisan Sansthan, Lucknow, U.P. to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21st of August 2025, afresh, within two Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prahlad Maurya, Ashish Raj Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Puneet Chandra Ajay Kumar Singh .....Petitioner(s) Lal Bahadur Shastri Ganna Kisan Sansthan Thru.
