Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner wants expeditious disposal of execution case being Misc. Suit No. 04 of 2023 arising out of judgment and decree passed in Rent Case No. 98 of 2016. A complete order sheet which has been filed shows that the judgment debtor has already put in appearance in the case and that no objection under Section 47 or objection by third party under Order 21 Rule 97 C.P.C. is pending before the court. In such circumstances, therefore, the executing court is hereby directed to dispose of the execution case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
