Applicants-Brij Bihari Mishra and Madan Bihari Mishra have approached this Court through this application under Section 482 Code of criminal Procedure for quashing and setting aside the decision dated 01.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar,in case titled State of U.P. Vs. Brij Bihari and others, arising out of Case Crime No.176 of 1994, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Jalalpur, district Ambedkar Nagar, whereby their application for pleading guilty has been accepted. Learned counsel for the applicants does not press this application in order to avail the alternative remedy of revision against the impugned order dated 01.10.2024 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar.
