Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Pallavi Singh, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 & 4, Mr. Brijendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "i) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No.3 & 4 to promote the petitioner on the post of Safai Nayak. ii) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2025, contained as Annexure No.5 to the writ petition." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.4/Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Siddhaur, District Barabanki to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 5.12.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mukesh Sharma, Ashutosh Srivastava, Mohd.Amjad Khan Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ram Kumar Singh Mannalal .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin., Secy.
