Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following relief(s):- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Opp. Party no.2; Commissioner cum Registrar, Co-operative, Lucknow to pay third ACP pay grade 4200 and its arrear from 11.04.2014 in terms of approval dated 28.05.2025, as early as possible within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 26.09.2025, a copy of which is taken on record and as per which, appropriate proceedings have been initiated and completed but actual payment is awaiting approval from competent authority being opposite party No.2, 4. In view thereof, opposite party No.2, i.e., Registrar-cum- Commissioner, Co-operative Societies, Lucknow is directed to take appropriate decision regarding approval of aforesaid grievance of petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
