Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Home. 2 Wt The grievance of the petitioner is that at the behest of respondent No.5, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the civil suit pending before the Civil Court. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Home produced the submissions of the respondent No.3 stating that, the police are not interfering with the civil disputes pending in between the petitioner and respondent No.5. 4. At any rate, the police are not expected to interfere with the civil disputes between private parties. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.5.
