Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 12, 13 of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005 and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. On 26.05.2025 at about 1.30 am, the petitioner was apprehended while he was illegally transporting cattle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about two and half months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
