Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla an amount of ₹24,000/-, being 15% of the cheque amount stands duly deposited by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent, under instructions, submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in view of the compromise, the complainant does not want to proceed with the complaint filed by him. He further submits that the amount deposited before the learned Trial Court be disbursed/released in favour of the accused as per settlement because the complainant has received whole of the amount. 3. In view of these facts, the present revision is allowed and the judgment passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chamba, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 District Chamba, H.P. in Criminal Appeal No. 34 of 2024 affirming the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chamba, District Chamba, H.P. on 26.03.2024 are ordered to be set aside. The complaint filed by the complainant is ordered to be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
