Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed with the prayer to issue mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to make payment of Rs.10 lakh from the petitioner's General Provident Fund (G.P.F.) account. Notice to the respondent no.5 is dispensed with as the writ petition is being decided at the admission stage itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.3, District Social Welfare Officer (Development), Lucknow to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 4.8.2025 pending consideration within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the respondent no.3 is directed to decide the representation dated 4.8.2025 within a period of two month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
