ORDER:
Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous. This revision was filed to challenge the order dated 11.03.2018, passed by the learned Family – cum – VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole, in Crl.M.P.No.93 of 2017, in M.C.No.9 of
2016. 2. As evident from the E-Courts portal of Prakasam District, M.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the learned Family – cum – VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam at Ongole, was disposed of as a settlement before the Lok Adalat. 3. In view of the disposal of M.C.No.9 of 2016 by way of an out-of-court settlement before the Lok Adalat, this revision has become infructuous.
