Issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to promote the petitioner from the post of Sub Inspector (Accounts) to the post of Inspector (Accounts) w.e.f. 30.06.2025 against the vacancy of selection year 2025, when juniors to the petitioner and other similarly situated persons have been given promotion on the said post, with all consequential benefits. ......." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police, Establishment, Signature Building, Gomti Nagar Vistar, U.P. Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
