The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Recall Application filed by petitioner in Case No.18209 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T2020053101318209) (Ram Harakh Vs. Jokhan), U/s 33/39 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned recall application in Case No.18209 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T2020053101318209) (Ram Harakh Vs. Jokhan) is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforementioned recall application in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
