Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "i) A Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties particularly opposite party no.2 i.e. Director of Education, (Secondary Education), 18, Park Road, Lucknow to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of prior approval granted vide order dated 24.04.2018. ii) A Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Parties particularly opposite party no.2 i.e. Director of Education, (Secondary Education), 18, Park Road, Lucknow to consider and decide the representation dated 21.03.2025 (contained as Annexure no.11 to the writ petition) moved by the Petitioner within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that the interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.3.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court.
