Zomuanpuii, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Oriental Insurance Company Limited as party respondent No. 7 in the connected writ petition. She submits that impleadment of the said Insurance Company is necessary for effective adjudication of the writ petition and therefore the prayer for impleadment as submitted by the applicant may be allowed.
