AMARNATH GOUD FINAL ORDER 20.04.2026 This interlocutory application has been filed seeking release and withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 26,28,200/- along with accrued interest, presently lying with the Registry of this Court, deposited by the Insurance Company, in favour of the petitioner’s bank account. Heard. Upon consideration of the reasons stated in the affidavit appended to the application and the submissions advanced by the parties, the present interlocutory application is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount, along with accrued interest, in favour of the petitioner.
