SUTHAR Date : 14/07/2025 ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the directions of the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari v. State of U.P., reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, and register an FIR forthwith in view of the representation/complaint sent by the petitioners on 23.11.2024 to respondent Nos.2 to 4. Upon perusing the communication at (Annexure-C), it appears that a communication was sent to the applicant on 24th January 2025, stating that a Civil Suit is pending under Section 215(1)(b), and further directing the applicant to do the needful at the level of the Court. If the applicant disagrees with this order, he may file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. In view of the above and in view of the law laid down by th Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of M. Subramaniam vs. S. Janki reported in (2020)16 SCC 728, no case is made out to pass any order.
