The \A/rit petition is filed seeking a direction to provide Police protection to the petitioner till completion of elections and also to install the C.C.T.V cameras for capturing the election process of Mandal Praja Parishad Narsaraopet Rural, Palnadu District. 3. Pursuant to the notification given vide notification No.35/SEC-B1/ 2025-1, dated 12.05.2025 issued by the 6"’ respondent-The State Election Commission, the elections are going to be held on 19.05.2025. 4. This Court, in Writ Petition No.7950 of 2025 on 25.03.2025 and also in Writ Petition No.2818 of 2025 on 03.02.2025, passed orders separately, directing the Police therein to give necessary protection to the petitioners for smooth conducting of the election process. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submits that they have not yet received any representation seeking Police protection. 5. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner made a representation on 14.05.2025. nd 7. Therefore, the 2 respondent-superintendent of Police, Palnadu District, is directed to give Police protection to the petitioner on the representation dated 14.05.2025 given by the petitioner. If that representation is not yet received, the petitioner is at liberty to submit the representation afresh and on such submission, the 2"'' respondent is directed to give Police protection to the petitioner along with the persons accompanying with him. The petitioner and the persons accompanying with him are directed to comply with the necessary requirements as required by the 2"'' respondent. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Interlocutory applications, if 8. any, shall stand closed.
