There has been continuous default on the part of the petitioner to represent and on the last occasion i.e. 18.06.2025, the following order was passed: “18.06.2025 None appears for the petitioner on call whereas Ms. J Rajkumari, learned counsel is present for the Guwahati Municipal Corporation. On earlier two occasions i.e. 04.04.2025 and 26.05.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the brief was taken away from him. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to be listed on 23.06.2025 to give further opportunity.
