Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act (for short, {[APLGA"). 2. The incident took place in the year 2023; however, the FIR was regI'Stered On 12.05.2025. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the lSt petitioner has already been taken into custody. As such, the petition would become infructuous I-nsofar as the 1 st petitioner is concerned. 3.
