Case No. 56/2025, registered for the offences under Sections 112(2), 317(2), 317(4), 318(2), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of I.T. Act, pending before the learned C.J.M., Dumka. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2025. He submits that the charge-sheet has already been submitted. He submits that the allegations are made that 3 SIM Cards have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as has been disclosed in paragraph 22 of this application. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that 3 SIM cards have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It appears that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted and he has no criminal antecedent. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Dumka (M) P.S.
