Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 4, and Sri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 27.08.2025 bearing no.0215, under Sections 85 & 89 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Maal, District Lucknow. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioners and respondent no.5 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 11.09.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-5 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 28.11.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 28.11.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 08.12.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioners and respondent no.5. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioners and respondent no.5 have agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The FIR dated Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Digvijai Singh, Dharmendra Kumar Singh, Pradeep Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Hemant Kumar Deva @ Deva Sharma And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And Others .....Respondent(s) 27.08.2025 bearing no.0215, under Sections 85 & 89 of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Maal, District Lucknow, is quashed in pursuance to the aforesaid compromise.
