B MAYUR REDDY The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not operating the distributorship notified at Repalle, Guntur District, in the year 2007. 2. Despite the matter being listed today, i.e., on 19.09.2025, under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the previous occasions, i.e., on 16.09.2025, 03.09.2025, 30.08.2024, and 23.08.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the 4th respondent has resigned from the post, and the distributorship with the 4th respondent was commissioned on 27.11.2014 and was later renewed through a fresh dealership agreement dated 25.09.2024. 4. In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
