Learned A.G.A., on the basis of telephonic information, submits that charge-sheet dated 12.04.2024 has been submitted before the Court concerned on 03.06.2024, to which Shri Zubair Hasan, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as may be permissible under law. 4.
