Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State-respondents. Although a detailed order has already been passed by this Court on 19.09.2025 yet learned counsel for the petitioner states that as it is only a Show Cause Notice which has been challenged before this Court as such, it is prayed that the writ petition may be disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit his reply to the said Show Cause Notice dated 19.08.2025, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, within three weeks and he prays that the competent authority be directed to consider the said reply in accordance with law and the rules within a specified time. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a reply to the Show Cause Notice dated 19.08.2025 within three weeks from today. In case, such a reply is filed then the competent authority shall proceed to consider the said reply and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and the rules which order would be passed within a period of next four weeks of the reply being submitted by the petitioner.
