After taking note of the facts born out from the counter affidavit, which includes documents filed in support of the averments made in the counter affidavit, which in nutshell is to the effect that in compliance of order of concerned Magistrate Bali, District-Pali Rajasthan, the Police Officers of Rajasthan took custody of Ms. Pooja Servi d/o Sri Nena Ram w/o Himanshu, in relation to whom the present petition in the nature of Habeas Carpus has been filed, on being confronted, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy as available under law. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
