Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 25.07.2025 placing petitioner under suspension. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 16.10.2025, a copy of which are taken on record and as per which the petitioner has been reinstated in service by recalling the suspension order vide order dated 16.10.2025. The order also states that the aspect with regard to benefits of suspension period shall be passed separately. 4. In view thereof, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in the petition which is accordingly consigned to record without any adverse effects upon benefits already granted to petitioner.
