In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, opposite party no. 3-Chief Development Officer, Pratapgarh is directed to decide petitioner's pending appeal dated 28.8.2021 expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is served upon the concerned authority, in case, the same has not already been decided. 5.
