This criminal petition No. 274/2024 was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 19.08.2024. The applicant has prayed for withdrawal of this application which has been filed for restoration of the criminal petition No. 274/2024 with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge-sheet as charge-sheet has been laid against the petitioner.
