Petitioner is presently serving as Drawing Master at GSSS Bhatkidhar, District Mandi. His case is that, on completion of requisite tenure at the present place, which falls in hard area, he has repeatedly represented to the respondents for his transfer from present place of posting to a station of his choice, but these have not yielded any 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - result. Reference in this regard was made to representation dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-2). Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
