JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 21/05/2025 1. Petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, soon after obtaining the appointment on the Post of Assistant Professor (Obs. & Gynae) at District Barmer under the list dated 06.05.2025 pursuant to vacancies notified vide advertisement dated 14.10.2024 by the Rajasthan Medical Education Society. 2.
