Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid proceedings under Section 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act already stands concluded by the order of the Consolidation Officer on 01.07.2025 and, accordingly, no further directions are required by this court. 4..
