Heard Mr. U. Barbhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam.
2. An application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for granting regular bail to the petitioners, namely, 1. Desing Das, 2.
Page No.# 3/3 Chandu Das & 3. Rabi Das, who have been shown arrested on 04.08.2025 in connection with Biswanath Chariali P.S. Case No. 134/2025 under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. It is submitted by the prosecution that the investigation is completed, resulting in a charge sheet. In that situation the petitioners are allowed to go on bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with the one surety of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned learned Court, subject to the following conditions that : (a) They shall not abscond and shall be available for trial with the remaining investigation; (b) They shall not hamper and/or tamper with the evidence;
