Learned counsel for the applicants has very fairly submitted the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court dated 18.11.2024 passed in Writ A No. 10275 of 2024 has been complied with as the representation of the applicants has been decided and the payment has been made but there is some dispute regarding the detarmination of the amount, which has been paid to the applicant. On the other hand learned counsel for respondent has submitted that there was only a direction for deciding the representation and that has been complied with and after the decision, the payment has been made. At this stage, learned counsel for applicants has submitted that the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to challenge the determination of amount made by the respondent. As such, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged. It is always open for the applicants if they are still aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law for which no separate separate order is required by this Court.
