During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that after receiving the demand notice, dated 05.05.2025, the petitioner made a 2 representation dated 06.05.2025 to the respondent Nos.4 and 5, but till today no orders have so far been passed on the said representation, is the main grievance in this Writ Petition. 3. The learned Standing Counsel also confirms the factum of the petitioner having filed the representation, dated 06.05.2025. 4. In that view of the matter and in view of the above facts and circumstances, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) months from today. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner’s service connection bearing No.661201001329. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
