1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:- The present application is filed under Section 482 of B.N.S. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the Crime No.21 of 2025 on the file of the Veldurthy Police Station, Palnadu District. 2. lt is argued by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that though the alleged offence was said to have been committed on 23.03.2025, the F.I.R. was registered on o8.04.2025. lt is further argued that the Petitioners Were \-,_-I ~. I-_---_-
` falsely implicated in the crime. Even as per the remand report, and the complaint of the defacto complainan{ there are no specific OVertaCtS attributed to the petitioners. 3, I{ is further contended that the petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged offence on account of the fact that even as per the complaint, the petitioners were nowhere found at the scene of offence- 4- lt is further stated that basing on the confession statement made by the accused Nos.1 to 3, the petitioners are being implicated as accused Nos.4 and 5. Having regard to the same, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is every likelihood to the petitioners WOuld be apprehended on the basis of the saI-d confession Statement. In- the absence Of any specific allegations or overtacts attributed to the petitioners in the F.I.R., the petitioners cannot unjustly subjected to crimI|nal prosecution. Thus prays for grant of anticipatory bail. 6. Having regard to the submissions made, this court without going into the merits of the issue involved in the main case, this Court deems it appropriate to consider this bail application on following conditions: i. ln the event of their arrest, petitioners shall be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the station House Officer, Veldurthy Police Station, Palnadu District. 6f2fe' `
