Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3. 2. The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing for the F.I.R. dated 15.10.2025 registered as F.I.R. No.0138 of 2025, under Sections 351 (2), 352, 115(2), 85 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bahriach. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Ms Vinita Rawat, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bahraich dated 08.12.2025, states, that charge sheet dated 01.11.2025 has been filed before the supervisory authority 4. On the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press on with the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed with a liberty to the petitioners to pursue other remedies as may be available to them. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
