Facts, in brief, of the case are that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant dated 07.10.2024, alleging that Accused No.1 has looted an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-on the pretext of securing job at Rekonsys software company, has taken him to Bangalore, wherein she got introduced the defacto complainant to the accused No.2 herein stating that he is working as HR of the,said company.
However, without securing such job, having acquired money from the defacto complainant, the accused Nos.1 to 3 have cheated the defacto complainant and also sI-milarly Situated Other Persons Who are in Search of job. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 4. Sri.P.Durga Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner subml'ts that the offence alleged against the petitioner is punishable with imprisonment of less than 7 years and that the petitioner is entitled for notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS. Moreover, this Court vide order dated 27.01.2025 in Crl.P.No.418 of 2025 granted regular bail to Al and A3 in the present crime and hence, he prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A2. 5. Per cor7fra, Sri. Pant-ni Somayaji, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, does not dispute the factum of granting regular bail to Al and A3 and submits that major portion of the investigation is completed `by examining 9 witnesses. _i /I sEi

A perusal of the material on record goes to showthat except for the fact that the petitioner herein/A2 met the de facto complainant at the Bangalore office, there I-S nO Other material available to show that any amount was directly passed to him. ln the said facts of the case and considering the fact that Al and A3 in the present crime were already granted regular bail by this court arid maJ-Or POrtI-On Of the investigatI-On iS completed, this Court I-S inCll'ned to consider the request of petitioner for grant of anticI-PatOry bail. 7.
Accordingly, thI-S Criminal Petition ,-s allowed with the following dI-reCtI'OnS: a)ln the event of arrest of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1O,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sLlretieS each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials; b) The petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required; c) The petitioner shall not caLJSe any threat, inducement or Promise tO the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall appear before the station House officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every sunday ~
