The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed sexual assault on the victim lady who is aged about 70 years and severely beaten her. Hence, the case. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arrested and has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, reported that the petitioner herein was arrested on 15.09.2025 and it is case of forcible sexual assault on the aged woman. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
