P.C.: 1 After hearing the learned counsel for the both the sides, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant, the learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the bail application. 2 Leave granted. The bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3 The learned counsel for applicant further prayed that the trial may be expedited. 4 The learned Trial Court is directed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, in any case within one year. However, it is clarified that if any matter is expedited either by the Honourable 2025:BHC-AUG:26108 2 928 BA.1060.2025.odt Supreme Court or this Court, then the Trial Court shall conclude that case first and then proceed further with this trial.
