Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office instructions dated 21.04.2026 from the Director School Education conveying that the representation of the petitioner had been decided under office order issued on 03.09.2025. Copy of the said office order has also been appended with the office instructions. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. Considering the documents placed on record, the present petition stands disposed of by reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any. In view of the fact that the consideration order had been passed by the respondents on 03.09.2025, the cost imposed upon them for non-implementation, under order dated 23.03.2026 passed in this petition, shall stand waived off.
