The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 29.01.2025, whereby the petitioner had requested the entry regarding the grant of an interim order passed in respect of the lands in question be deleted since there was no interim order actually granted in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.14/6, measuring 2 acres 7 guntas of Thokalahalli Village, Bashettihalli Post, Sidlagahtta Taluk. 2. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the entry in the RTC was made by oversight and the Tahsildar was taking steps to remove the entry and, the entries regarding the grant of an interim order would be removed within a period of three days. 3. This statement is taken on record and, the Tahsildar is directed to delete the entry in the RTC regarding - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12426 WP No. 7340 of 2025 the grant of an interim order in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.14/6. 4.
