Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, would submit that on receipt of spandana complaint from the unofficial respondent, the petitioner was called for preliminary enquiry and no crime has been registered against the petitioner and the spandana application was closed, since it is a matter of civil in nature. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes. There shall be no order as to costs.
